The River That Never Runs Dry

As the weeks of lock down alter bit by bit, social distancing and closed state borders remain. It is possible to feel isolated and discouraged. We, as the Spirit-filled women and men of Aglow, have a source that never runs dry!

“And He showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."

Revelations 22:1

There are many references to the river of life as in Psalm 1 where we are exhorted to drink daily from this living source.

Drinking daily and freely from this source brings us refreshing, revival, new revelation of God’s word and power. It is not only for us personally, but for those whom we meet on our journey, which is also for the healing of this world we live in.

Aglow International is a rich source of inspiration, teaching, expansion and revelation from the “stream” of Aglow resources. There is an Aglow YouTube channel (which you can freely access) with regular short messages from Jane over this pandemic period. On the Aglow International website, you can access highly significant messages from the 2017,2018, 2019 conferences which are speaking directly into our future.

I encourage you to fill your self to the brim with messages relevant and inspiring for where God is calling us to walk in every nation of the world.

As I was finishing a Zoom session with local branch Leaders the other day I had a vision of a deer drinking from a peaceful stream. Then I saw another deer standing under a waterfall “guzzling” as much as it could from what was falling all around it. Which deer do you want to be?

I want to encourage us to be the second deer, drinking all God has to pour out upon us now! This is a time to take the opportunity to drink deeply and be filled to capacity. We do not know what the new normal will be BUT we do not to want to have missed the opportunity open to us all now.
