Greetings from Toowoomba Aglow

At the beginning of the year I asked the Lord: "What is your heart for Aglow Toowoomba for 2021". He replied clearly and quickly. "The Anointing".

At the time I was reading Exodus from Ch: 35-40 and how God commissioned Moses to build the tabernacle using the finest craftsmen/Artisans etc. Everything was so precise and intentionally and beautifully made. All the furniture made specifically - both men and women "whose hearts were stirred" (Ch:35-26) were involved. The priestly garments made of blue, purple and scarlet, with gold woven in them - including the curtains etc – are all significant.

Then in Ch: 40 Moses is instructed to bring in the furniture and place it where directed by God, which he did. THEN I came to verse 9 and God said

"And you shall take the Anointing Oil and anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it and you shall hallow it and all its utensils, and it shall be Holy".

This so clearly spoke to me prophetically because we are the Tabernacle of God now. We have been so skilfully and lovingly put together by The Master Craftsman and our furnishings (gifts and talents) belong to Him.

I believe that this is a key for us. Let us be a company of believers who are Anointed each day, united together with our gifts and talents; serving Him with our mandate to bring Heaven to earth. This is His gift to us.

So, each morning, can I suggest we Anoint ourselves (my mind to think His thoughts, my ears to hear His voice, my eyes to see clearly, my mouth to speak His word, and my hands that bring healing and blessing) and acknowledge that we are fully equipped and protected, ready for what He has in store each day. This is not about religious activity but coming into agreement with Heaven. This has bought a greater awareness of His presence for me each day.

Psalm 92:10: "Your Anointing has made me strong and mighty. You've empowered my life for triumph by pouring fresh oil over me".

So, our focus for Toowoomba this year will be The Anointing. Learning and growing together each day with the fresh oil of Heaven.

So can I encourage you to consider Anointing God's tabernacle (yourself) daily, as well as anointing all your furnishings (gifts and talents) so deliberately and lovingly placed within you. It is all for His Glory as we serve Him with hearts on fire and in unity.

We are A.nointed. Able. Adorned

G.ifted. Glorious

L.oved. Leaders.

O.vershadowed. Ordained

W.ashed. Women. Warriors

Amen
